Mirapex is a drug that is used to treat Parkinson's and is available in the US. It is not prescribed for depression. However there have been a couple of studies (and anecdotal reports) that have show that it can be effective in treating depression. There is another similar drug called Requip (ropinorole sp?).
For more details see Chris's post during the last period. He found it to be very effective.
I just started taking it. I will definitely post my results.
