Those dosages are very typical of a
B-complex. Companies that make B-complexes
do not give you strong dosages of any of the
vitamins within the complex. So....I take
extra B-6, B-12 and pantothenic acid.
I would highly recommend a book to you
that should be in the health food store.
It's called "Prescription for Nutritional
Healing". It costs around $24. You might
first want to try to pick it up at the
library. Let me know how things go.
