> I did not find imipramine that sedating, but many to the TCA's are quite sedating. Sumontril is one. Remeron, related to the TCA's, is excellent for sleep. I take 15 mgs. Amoung AD's the general rule is that if it is sedating it can cause weight gain. Doxipin is the worst in terms of weight gain.
