I have both, but I use Adderall and I think it's a better drug than Ritilin. Theres no reason why it would poop out for both; some folks take a drug for years and it works great. I suspect the "poop out" is just the placebo effect blowing over and the drug never really worked anyway? A head full of speed will probably keep working. I doubt dexamphetamine will lay down and roll over.
