Hi. Augmenting FXR with either Pozac or Wellb might be effective. Most people find the Wellb to be somewhat stimulating (which can be a good thing). Both drugs have been known to exacerbate anxiety. I have no subjective experience w/PMS or PMDD (I'm male) but am aware as u probably are, that Prozac is currently marketed as specific treatment for these problems. It's kind of a toss up. The Wellb might energize you & help with that "flat" feeling & the Prozac would probably deal more directly with the effects of PMS or PMDD. As always check with your doc. Hope this helps.
