I don't know if it would interfere with the effect of prozac - they (the drug co.s) usually advise that you don't drink on ADs just to cover themselves in case something goes wrong. I suppose it would also depend on how much you are drinking.

I am curious if Prozac helps you to stop drinking. My Dad is an 'alkie' (although won't admit it) and I wonder if ADs would help him give up. He went into hospital recently with a suspected heart attack that turned out to be a stomach disorder - resolves to give up the cigarettes but doesn't seem to see that it's probably the alcohol that caused the problem.
