Prozac and anxiety

Hi all,
what is the amount of time it would take prozac to have theraputic affect on anxiety. I am currently taking buspar and prozac for two months but still have some anxiety. I was previously on paxil which worked wonderfully. Do I need to switch to a more sedating SSRI like zoloft?
