How much Buspar does one take with Wellbutrin? I am one month back on meds after a disasterous crash after stopping abruptly after two years (mostly successful too) on. Today I increased the Wellbutrin from 300 mg/day to 400 mg/day. Split into a.m. and early afternoon doses. The Buspar seems to be helping with sleep since I don't need to take temazepam more than once a week now. I take 5 mg Buspar in the a.m. with the a.m. dose of Wb and 20 mg at night at bedtime. Each time I increase the Wb dose I feel sick all over again and then after I rough it out for a few days it gets better. Where's my medal for putting up with this crap?!!
Anyway, my question is how much Buspar have others taken to offset the nasty amplifying effects of the Wb? I'm still having wild ups and downs each week as the meds are adjusting.
I am exhausted by this fight. Today is a particularly blue day. No hope. Little sleep last night. Rentals where I live are out of this world. Thank god for the impending dot com crash! My appetite is sporadic. Some days I'm ravenous but still can only eat a tiny portion. But mostly I couldn't remember to eat if I had a reminder tattooed to my forehead. My clothes are hanging off of me and I'm cold all the time. I've read in the last section of posts something someone wrote about internal thermostat and Wb. Unfortunately the brain fog of Wb is setting in and my memory is shot to sh*t once again so I have no idea who wrote that. I have read so many things about Wb here that mirror my own bizarre experiences with it. I'm still too much in the thick of grappling with the beast to respond to other posts like I want to. I still feel weak and tired and as if I will go under if I let my guard down. --Alii
