I was on Effexor XR for a short time, and had almost exactly the same list of side effects. In my case, though, it wasn't touching the underlying depression, either, so I discontinued it; I never made it to 3 weeks, so I can't tell you if the side effects might go away, but 30 days is usually my limit for putting up with something like that. If the situation hasn't changed by then, it probably isn't going to.

> Hello,
> My doctor just changed me from taking 150mg of WellbutrinSR twice a day to taken 100mg twice a day and adding 75mg of Effexor XR per day. I am having trouble with feeling like a zombie(sp). the first 2 weeks I didn't feel quite this zombie feeling. I have no sex drive and I don't want to be touched. I also feel real jumpy like easy to get perturbed. Someone please help. I don't like this feeling but I feel the med is working on the total over all depression. (I think)Is three weeks to early to tell?
