Hi John,

I forgot to ask -- does amisulpride increase the activity of dopamine or decrease it? I've heard that it increases it at lower doses, but decreases it at the higher doses. It is used for schizophrenia at high doses, so I can't imagine that it would increase dopamine at high doses because schizophrenics need their dopamine activity decreased.
