Requip (Ropinirole) is a dopamine receptor which is similar to Pramipixole (Mirapex). It has high affnity for the D2 sub family of dopamine receptors and higher binding affinity to D3. D3 is involved with mood.
I heard that Mirapex can be helpful in treatment resistant depression. I'm thinking about Requip because it is the same, I believe. I know it is also cheaper and you can get it w/out a prescription (xxx)
I know Tianeptine can be bought from xxx without a prescription.
