Weird Web site problem

I've been trying to visit the health care web site

http://www.nomanagedcare.org/

for some time, but I can't get anything. What's weird is that I don't get an error message. Just document done. At the top of my browser next to the navigator/ship's wheel icon it says "Welcome to the Frontlines in the Fight against Managed Care," but the body of the browser, the screen is just blank, though a nice mauve sort of blank.

Does anyone know why this would be?
