Thanks judy,Of note was one of the other articles. Women & viagra. it appears that viagra is of benefit to the women in one study.
Now for some personal observations. ( translate that to take this with a grain of salt )
I have been on prozac, zoloft & now celexa. I had most every nasty side effect listed. But did not get dry mouth, nor headaches.
The only sexual side effect has been a delay of orgasm, with an occasional complete failure. The failures always occured after a glass of wine or a beer or 2.
I wonder how many people who have complete O-failure have tried a drink to smooth the mood & got O-failure as a result ?
As to libido & interest, it does seem to be less. As a result there has to be more conscious intent. If I wait for spontaneous it is kind of dormant. Since I enjoy sexuality, I make an effort, even if "I don't feel like it"
If she initiates, I always try to respond. After affectionate play, the mood always seems to comply, the interest arrives.
Kissing, cuddling & other non-overt sexual interactions seem to set the stage & kindle the fire. Hurry & it is a pfuuuutttt !!!
