Unfortunately there's no way to predict. What you are feeling could be Celexa side effects that may or may not go away; could be withdrawals from Paxil, which should go away in 1 to 3 weeks; or could be both. These transition periods are confusing sometimes and about the best I've ever been able to do is just hang on, survive the day, and be patient one day at a time for a couple weeks. The key point is 'one day at a time'. Just focus on surviving while the storm passes. I wish there was another way, but I'm not aware of any.

Will Celexa really help you? Pull a coin out of your pocket and flip it, heads or tails. There's no way to predict. Only personal trial and comparison can give us clues as to what works and what doesn't, and to what brain chemistry is at fault. Again, I wish there was a better way. I'm not aware of any. Only a personal trial will tell.

Let us know how it goes. :-)
