My husband is vegetarian, and such bans meat from our house, so when I don't want to spend hours cooking, I just stick on some pasta, a sauce and a load of cheese! And I work in a busy office, in the middle of London, where it's pretty hard to get quick, but healthy food at lunch time, at a reasonable price. So, as much as I know it's not the drugs actually causing the weight gain, it's my eating thats causing it, I find it hard to be able to do much about it!!

I know what you mean about not having the will to cook. Lately since starting the Remeron
I've wanting nothing more than to pig out on cakes and chips all the stuff that's horrible for me. I just
increased to 45mg though and the appetite thing has definitely eased off. I even took the med at noon yesterday
and was awake til 11 last night. I'm starting work in London on Tuesday so perhaps things are turning around. Have you
noticed any difference yet?
