Melatonin and mood improvement

Posted by Steve on April 14, 2000, at 23:53:11

Hi everyone.

I suffer from treatment resistant depression that won't
quite go away. Over the past few days I've been taking a mg of
melatonin to help me sleep, and found that I woke up feeling
substantially more mellow than before. Has anyone experienced the same?
