Hi Janice! Thanks for the tip about hypo-Add, remember? I investigated it further and it turns out that is my problem and not dysthymia. I started Ritalin today and I am sooo hopeful! I hope I am not disappointed again. I am as sensitive to light as you are. Even here where the sun shines 95% of the year. I can feel my mood descend even if a black cloud passes overhead. Iam very sensitive to noise too, especially traffic. Once more THANKS love Jan
