Celexa-Theraputic Dosage for Anxiety Disorder

Hi, I am wondering if anyone out there has:

Jumped from 20mg to 40mg after about 2 months and did they experience any side effects?

and/or..


Do you take Celexa for anxiety/panic and how much do you take to make a good difference?

I am currently taking 20mg but pdoc suggested 40 today. Kinda afraid but have a problem with anxiety reoccuring again lately after 2 months. What to do...
