Then again, 45 pounds sounds like plenty enough reason to consider discontinuing the Zoloft. Maybe you could try to taper off of it later, after you've establish a therapeutic dose of Wellbutrin. I'm sorry that I didn't pay more attention to this "insignificant" side effect in my first post. Certainly, Wellbutrin is a good choice.
