Dang depressed

Hi everyone,
The title says it all. Well, I guess it doesn't. I am still have highs and lows like crazy. My internist once prescribed Lithium to see if I would respond. I did not. I have not been diagnosed as bipolar. I'm on Celexa which I think has made some difference in my depression but not enough. My diagnosis has been borderline personality. I have social anxiety and anxiety in general. I have suicidal fantasies, but I'm not at the point of acting on it. I see my pdoc tomorrow. I've heard so many positive things about Naltrexone, I think I might suggest it. Especially since I binge drink on occasion. I feel that I have ADD. I have not been diagnosed, so I may suggest Adderall too. Just thought I'd get any feedback you all have for me.
