Selegiline Questions? Any Positive results?

I have read posts in the past on Selegiline. Has anyone taken it for a extented period of time with positive results? I have read you need to take 60mgs to see results. Did you start off gradually and how long did it take you to build up to 60 mgs?Do you take it all at one time or split the doseage throughout the day?

I have tried it before and was seeing some positive results at 30 mgs after about 5 weeks, but had to discontinue because of another illness. I think I'm going to try it again because I have tried about every other AD with bad side effects or no results. I have ADD and social phobia. thank you for any info.
