Wellbutrin SR, Prozac, Klonopin?

Has anyone used these meds together? I have used these seperately and they didn't help with depression. I have read of people using them together, but I am wondering if anyone has knowledge of the use of these meds together and at what doseages.
Also how long does Klonopin last in the body?
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
