I had the 9% problem but like Noa I get down to the POST A NEW THREAD part, and get:
(well it killed the last message here so I'll erase this part, but it the code at the bottom of the page)
and that's where it stops.

What seems to help when you have the 9% problem etc. is to shut off Java/JavaScript temporarily and then reload the page. At least you see all the posts this way.

I am curious about how some folks are not having the problem -- those who are starting new threads.
