Anybody who uses it know how long it takes to work? Could it be used for just a pick-me-up for a few days or weeks, while waiting for a new prescription to "kick in"? I'm really interested in finding something that works short term, and has an effect within a day (or preferably a couple hours, okay, I'm pretty sure no such thing exists. Never hurts to ask!)
Again, sorry if this has been covered.
