If you do look back, you'll a lot more than naltrexone (tho it's been getting rave reviews). Other common options that I've seen for SSRIs on this board include wellbutrin, effexor, lithium, thyroid ... am I the only one on an SSRI and a TCA? I can't recall anyone else mentioning that combo. I'll stay away from the MAOI combo's ... having been on SSRIs from the start, all the MAOI names sound like a foreign language to me! (Of course, in case you don't know (and you should, if you've read the product information about your meds!), you should *never* mix an SSRI or TCA with an MAOI.) Bottom line is that there are a variety of strategies. Heck, I've even heard that SOME people take Ritalin to augment an AD ... imagine that! So, if your pdoc doesn't have any particular druthers, like jamie said, look back through some older threads for Prozac or some other SSRI plus another med and see what the discussion was about. Do some background research.

Good luck!
Bob
