Celexa is the newest SSRI to be released in the US. It has been used for a long time in Europe and is the most serotonin selective medication out there. It is related to Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil. It is a good choice for sedated depressions. Has less stomach upset than other meds and some say less sexual side effects.
