Off Cymbalta 3 days - cold turkey

Has anyone else just quit do to strange feelings, worse anxiety and nightmares. Now Im dizzy alot and just feel weird. I've read some of your postings and feel better that I am not the only one. Any advise to make the withdrawal period less painful??
