I think it will be easier to withdraw from Celexa than morphine, which is not saying much.
Since you are in pain and either depressed or in remission, maybe you could consider reducing the dose of each slightly, if you want to take less.

I stopped everything 9 days ago, but I tapered my MS Contin down to 2 / 15mg tabs a day before my Doc said it was time to quit. It was way to hard at first. I am also Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia and various other stuff. My pain has never let up and I am doing this because the meds are worse. I was on them for 5 years and haven'y stayed out of the hospital for more then 3 months in years. I have been through liver failure and numerous other things, so stop if you can. When I stopped my Ms Contin origially I had to take Xanax once a day and 4mg of Dilauded a day and about 350mg Soma a day. I did that for about 3 weeks before my doc said I was going the wrong way and I should stop altogether. I have done so and am on day 9 with nothing. He told me I could take Neurontin, but been there done that, gained 80 pounds and didn;t feel better. I had to go to the mergency room for dehydration a few days ago and they gave me stuff for nausea, Vistaril for hives and anxiety and Clonipin for withdrawals. I won't lie, it's still rough, but you can do it. Hang in there and don't give up.
