I didn't. It hasn't been a pleasant ride so far. Doc said she told me to. I either missed that or she is mistaken. 400mg to 0mg is a big hit. Just FYI...

Hmm. Email is coming through the server slow today. 20 minutes since you sent that last message.
Taurine didn't quite do the trick but it helped a little. No Red Bull, maybe later though with some alcohol. I took a little Lamictal this morning. That seemed to help some more.
I'm bored too.
