What are you having for dinner? Please share recipes!
I've discovered Pioneer Woman, and I have rarely been disappointed.
A week or so ago we had:

And tonight will be the anything but Mediterranean diet:

I've always hoped to someday cook a decent pot roast. Maybe tonight...
A couple of years ago I got a Lodge cast iron skillet Dutch oven and a skillet. I fell in love, and now am looking for a way to replace all my cookware with cast iron. My husband likes the idea, because I promised to wash all the cast iron myself.

My favorite of her recipes is this one:

You're making me hungry which isn't hard to do on Seroquel.

:)
I always figured that it was the photos that drew me to her site. But generally they taste as good as they look. Or at any rate, her recipe for salisbury steak was the first salisbury steak that didn't evoke that ineffable scent of school cafeteria. Some foods just do that.

Why not? It's not always difficult, and I always feel a satisfaction when I cook something my family enjoys.
Of course, I'd rather not think about the cookery failures. Thoughts of my vegetable paella still make me shudder.
What do you enjoy eating?

I think I just don't like pot roast. I'm easily grossed out by meat.
