I think I need a thermometer for my bath water!
I just took a bath and when I got out I started getting really dizzy, threw up several times (luckily in the toilet!) and almost fainted. I lay on the floor because I was blacking out. I didn't even have time to towel dry
I tried to measure my pulse a bit but I couldn't finish counting because I was blacking out. It was really high at first then dropped down low.
I think I have both neurally mediated presyncope and orthostatic hypotension.
This has happened multiple times in the past and I've spoken to a nurse about this and it is completely normal.
Does anyone else almost faint or faint after a bath?
Do you use a thermometer to make sure the water isn't too hot? If you don't use a thermometer, how do you make sure the water isn't too hot?
