I think it's wonderful...I need too much of it though thanks to seroquel. I'm forcing myself out of bed, and at night I wait for the seroquel to hit and knock me right out - it's a bit too 'smack down' if you know what I mean. I have to make sure I leave enough time to brush my teeth/get ready for bed and the next day before I'm incapacitated by it.
Anyway, what bothers me is that I feel like I'm wasting time sleeping when I could be doing something else 'productive'. I guess I'm tired of being tired, not sure what to do yet..

actually, I sometimes fight in my sleep, wake up yelling, scare my fiance- it's kind of funny
My dreams are pretty wild - that'd be the seroquel again

I do the same thing? I'll have an entire conversation w/ whoever is in my dream??? I also wake up screaming and fighting but what people that have seen me sleep find funny is that I will raise my arm or leg and just keep it raised for hours??

I love sleep too. In fact I stayed home from work today so that I could sleep. I was so tired.
