Poor baby. I once broke a collar bone. It's a horrible, horrible pain.
Give her some ice cream for me.

My child will be 8 years old shortly and both he and I are utterly blessed that he has not yet broken any bones. I imagine I might not be very helpful as an emotional puddle.
My thoughts are with you are your little one. I wish a speedy recovery for your child and a dollop more endurance above what you already have.
