I am on central time. I get on babble and not much is happening. When I wake up in the morning, there are lots of posts.

Hi Phillipa,
I come from a land down under. Sydney, Australia were it's currently 8:14 am Monday and glorious, glorious, glorious. Just the most perfect spring morning.
Where are you from?
Happily, Damos

Damos I live in NC USA. Right now it's 7:30pm and dark outside. Heard it's Spring there now and Fall here or is this just in New Zealand? I never took geography in school. So my knowledge is very limited. I do know that Europe is approximately 6hours ahead of us. Only reason I know is that I traveled there. About yikes! 20yrs ago. It seems like yesterday. Where did the time go? Fondly, Phillipa

Yeah, spring in both NZ and Oz. NZ is 3 hours ahead of Oz at the moment (they've already started Daylight Savings Time). I didn't have my first and only os trip until the ripe old age of 41, just 2 months ago.

'Oz' is another name for Australia too.
Here is a map of NZ and Australia. Its about 4 hours flight time between Auckland (NZ) and Melbourne (Aust.) to give you some idea. And Australia is about as big as the US (less Alaska) though most of the middle of it is desert.

Alex that's incredibly large had no idea. Is the Spring and Summer there very hot like here or is it always somewhat cold? Is that why you like jeans year round? Fondly,Phillipa

Hmm. In general pretty much everything I've said and done since birth. Here specifically, for just being vague as usual.
This is the end of the thread.
