Hi SandyWeb
We haven't conversed before, but I've read some of your posts from the past. Are you ok right now? You seem a little frazzled, I hope you are ok right now. I get very dark thoughts myself, but it helps me to know that they will not last very long. Do your "urges" last very long? What have you done in the past to overcome stress in your life? Can you try to do some of those things now?
Please take care of yourself

Hi Sandy,
Sorry to hear you're not doing so well.
YOU KNOW taking the blade down your wrist is not the answer.
How are your kids doing? How was your last year with them? I remember that you made so many positive changes before. I remember seeing your posts before, they looked a lot like the ones that you posted today, and a couple of months later you had turned around 180 degrees and you were going in a totally different direction with the assistance of your meds and people in your community.
I'm so sorry your hurting. Of course what you're doing is hard. But you can do it, hang in there. The meds and the docs are there to help you. Reach out. Take the lifeline. I believe you can change and move forward again if you reach out.
It's hard to be patient. And it's hard to hurt. But this too shall pass. Check your meds, talk to a doc, hug your kids ...

Sandy, I have missed you so!
Are you still taking seroquel? I remember how much this medication helped you in the past.

Oh, Sandy. Please don't go. I don't visit the other site that you have used, and I'm afraid I'm not "up to speed" on what's going on in your life.
How is your son doing? What are your prospects for finding a new place to live?
I'm not working anymore. I started crying again and ran away.

I am mortified and humiliated.
I apologize for those messages I sent.
I took too many Ativans for a couple of days, and I did A LOT of things that I don't even have any memories of! I had no clue that I even posted to this site.
Sorry, guys.
