Thank you for the compliment,even though i am terrable at recieving them i blush in seconds.
I kept it simple,i worked out at Bayside rec center,a beautiful facility for 35 a year,olympic size pool,just a great place.
I however made a spare room into a work/gym.So i have all my networked computers and the stuff i work on here on one side,and weights on the other,this allows me to continue to be a babble junkie and not miss a workout,between sets i post lol.

Hey ocd does have its small advantages,i feel i HAVE to work out,i have done so even when i have been sick as a dog,its not always pretty.
