> tinaTina,
Don't really know ya but have read your posts and am hoping you are in touch with someone from the board outside of the context of the board. It would just be nice to know how you're doing if you are gone for a long while. Perhaps have them post your vital signs every now and again so there isn't too much worry. ; ) You appear to be a dear member of this community and I know your posts will be missed.
Do take care. Hope if you don't return it means you've been cured and are taking over the world!
Be well.

Take good care of yourself, Tina. And remember to care about yourself as much as we care about you.

Then everyone wrote her messages. What I cannot understand is WHY? She said she is going to be out of touch for a while. This is like someone saying they won't have a telephone then calling to wish them well.... Does anyone else see the irony? This is my suggestion: When she returns, give her the best welcome you can. That way, you know she'll get it!

I don't know that she posted that message and then immediately rushed out the door. In case she has a chance to glance, if not to post, I want to tell her I'm thinking of her. And sending her all my best wishes for her wellbeing. I know she's been going through a lot of stress, and I'm hoping some positive wishes in her general direction will do some good.
That's all. And are good wishes ever really wasted? :)

Ted,
Tina has lost access to her laptop and has stopped her internet service because of it. She has a library nearby with internet service and will try to check in periodically when she has the time.
She has some pretty tough stuff to deal with right now and I know she'd appreciate you keeping her in your thoughts. Thanks.

Often, my PC has crashed (thank you, Micro$oft) and I didn't have immediate access, but I still managed to use my sister's computer or go to the library to check in whenever I could.
And, IMHO, well-wishes are never wasted, even if someone doesn't see them til later on.
