Would you be so kind as to give me the name of the B vitamin supplement you are taking again - I should have jotted it down when you first posted it but kept forgetting.
Also, is it a B-100 supplement (meaning all the B vitamins in the pill are 100 mg) or is it a B-Complex (not sure what this is) - it should say something on the label. I want to be sure I get the right one!
Finally, you had mentioned you're on Serzone for sleeping, and I'm now wondering if you're on any other AD or if you even have depression? Come to think of it, I don't know what your condition(s) are - so what do you have and what meds are you on?
Thanks.

Nature Made Super B. That's all you need to know.
I don't have anything other than insomnia, though some could argue that it came from depression or that anxiety came from depression and led to insomnia. Anyway, all else has disappeared except the insomnia, though I do get anxious when I have trouble sleeping on those rare nights.
Last night, my husband snored like crazy from 3 to 5 (at least that's when I heard him). It could've kept me awake instead of merely waking me every 15 minutes. But I slept from 9:30 to 7:00 this morning, so I'm having my morning decaf, and I'm off for my early morning race walk.
Don't listen to Iso; she's one of the rare ones. Besides, it can't be a stroll. It has to be vigorous exercise. But 7:00 or 8:00 is not right for everyone. It is right for me because I have two dogs to walk anyway. And it's also right for me because I get my exercise out of the way first thing and don't have to worry about when it will happen later.
Take care.

AHA, Beire-dei!! I throw the gauntlet to challenge you to a power-walk. Stroll? My shiny metal a**!
(as Bender in Futurama so succintly puts it). I wouldn't call 5 1/2 miles in an hour a stroll. But I refuse to walk in Austin - has to be some place cool. They'd have to scrape me off the road after 5 minutes otherwise.
I can just see us now - people driving by in their cars, kids asking "Mommy, why are those two ladies (snigger) walking so fast, trying to elbow each other off the road like that?" Picture us with beads of sweat flying from our foreheads, arms furiously pumping away, butts jiggling madly - oooh! not a pretty scene!
Never mind, I take the challenge back. Why endanger hapless drivers with our boasts? I could see cars piling in the ditches as heads swerved in avoidance of such a picture.

Hey, I am NOT from TEXAS! I live in Baltimore, remember. What do you think I am, anyway: Crazy?
Your power walks are pretty darned fast. Guess I better pick up the pace so I don't let some old broad beat me! (Hope you're laughing!)

Of course I'm laughing - laughing in triumph! This old broad may have too many aches & pains but it hasn't slowed me much. You're a riot, you know? There's someone as sassy & cocky as me.
This is the end of the thread.
