Okay... Something social. Maybe something a bit physical exercise to help you feel fitter and healthier in your own skin.

I don't know what there might be around you...

Veterans? I don't know if there might be anything voluntary like that. To do with that. Visiting people. Meals delivery.

Or something outdoorsy. Voluntary stuff...

Maybe a part time job? Check-out counter or something. It doesn't have to be your lifes career. Just something you do a few hours a week. Then there will be social opportunities around that. Getting to know colleagues. Etc.

Joining a club... Taking up a sport. Not so much for the sport but for the social. That's why a lot of people do that.

Anything have appeal? Any ties or connections to anything. Anything you enjoyed as a kid you might be able to return to.

that sounds like a great idea, getting involved in social events. I have alot of things i work online, and they ... there pretty good but i don't know how to make them career, i just put all my effort into them. I've been wanting to get into a political campain for a politian, or movements happening in the US. Maybe that's a key to somewhere to start...

maybe could help the US govmernent, but not sure. I'm 34 and FBI jobs, you have to be between 24 and 36. I would not be a good FBI agent, not saying that to be pessmistic. I get texts on my phone from political campains (that's why i wrote getting envolved) not sure, i want to lose weight and be back on medications that help me do things during the day. Maybe the government could help with that and find something for me to do

hmm... i don't know about politics. if there is a cause, or something, you believe in. black lives matter or whatever. the nra... otherwise... people seeking power for no particular cause... i think people attracted to politics might be people who are... i don't know. back-stabby. trying to further themselves at everyone and everything else's expense. i don't know. i can't imagine getting involved in politics for the people... but, who knows. i suppose political people are social. pandering. wheeling and dealing or whatever.

fbi, yeah. or police. i don't know. i imagine there will be fitness tests. they might have mental health screens and not want you if you are on medication. not sure if they are allowed to discriminate. not sure that anybody follows any of the laws, anymore.

people don't seem to follow them, here. they just do whatever they want. things don't get processed or things do get processed... at the whims of whoever. exceptions or exemptions or whatever. more than 2 million of funding from 'proceeds of crime' to the mongrel mob in nz. can't tell me that they followed the procurement procedure. put in an application etc.

'political' exemptions given 'on economic grounds' for numbers that don't add up...

people just seem to do whatever they want whenever they want because they want. the leaders, i mean to say.

the administration in nz does not change. no matter who wins the election. we are not a democracy because the administration does not change.

ashley bloomfield (director general of health) makes public health service announcements on tv most every day... the government propaganda... he gets half a million per year for himself no matter who wins the election.

what do you call that? when the administration does not change? when there is no vote for the administration? when they refuse to impeach administrators who do not do their job. when they refuse to parse the laws as written.

we are not rule by law. don't even know what that means. we are not informed consent. don't even know what that means. most compliant (most forced, least free) country in the world.

covid is coming. it isn't here, yet.

we were required to extract a health professional who is very sick from covid from fiji. we weren't going to help (we are psychopaths like that) but the un required it. so the health professional is going to be treated in nz.

we were all 'boo hooo we can't do it we are overrun with RSV in children'.

we are emergency over capacity alwayas business as usual. no surge capacity.

this is before covid comes.

every possible opportunity to get the house in order before the covid comes.

every possible opportunity.

every possible opportunity to stock up on medical supplies.

years to train staff. years since 2019...

graduate them. employ them. pay them. teach them useful skills.

years.

new zealand finally gets around to passing laws banning conversion therapy (electric shocks to homosexuals)...

new zealand hasn't gotten around to passing modern day slavery laws.

new zealand hasn't gotten around to passing capital gains tax laws.

new zealand has started getting around to passing health homes laws...

but not enforcing them. i'm still waiting for a sensible judgement to be enforced by the courts.

1 adjudicator found something sensible. then they called for a 'rehearing'.
2 adjudicator agreed with 1 adjudicator. then they called for a 'rehearing'.
3 adjudicator refused to accept the evidence and wrote a foil. being charitable. stating nonsense. tenants are responsible for getting electrical inspectors out to prove that the property is not electrically compliant. otherwise it is deemed to be electrically compliant and the tenant has not proved to the court that installing a heater in violation of manufacturers instructions is presenting a fire hazard or is non-electrically compliant. because 'do not wire the cord behind the heater' does not prohibit a cord going lengthways or heightways behind the heater it means not going along the hypotenuse behind the heater. clearly. behind means behind AND hypotenuse. totally. that's what english means.

ildkthwoeitherijkghdfikgeioryruijowehfgkdfhgldi

from the courts.

4. court of appeal. court date set for october 2019. for an issue i reported around october 2018.

burn them down.

the courts i mean to say.

there's nobody home.

the solicitor general stood up and said that the job of crown law is to destroy evidence and delay and obstruct and prohibint and prevent proceedings against the government.

the un said there was to be an inquiry about abuse in state care between certain dates. the idea was to restrict the scope of inquiry so that there would be timely justice. a sensible precedent setting verdict from the courts. that other litigants could then appeal to for more recent cases. that other litigants could then appeal to for cases against the churches and other private schools and so on.

so they intentionally broadened the scope of the inquiry to prevent or prohibit timely justice. they intentionally are saying, now, they want to bring the church in on it. collect reparation from the church. that is to say the government refuses to pay for the abuses at the hand of the government. they refused to restrict the scope of inquiry to the government. they refused to focus on the reparation owing from or by the government. it's an inquiry in to the abuses at the hands of the government.

timely justice. everybody knows that other litigants will get more from things like Dillworth (the wealthiest private school in NZ that appears to have been set up primarily to enable people to abuse vulnerable children. it was a pedophile ring by all accounts. they have a lot of money. wealthiest private school in NZ. I mean... how much will you pay Dillworth to 'work' there so you get to molest little kids? While the NZ government turns a blind eye and does everything they can to prevent and prohibit things from stopping. changing. prevent and prohibit reparation.

this is not a democracy at all.

nope.

nz is the most corrupt country in the world. the administration refuses sto see it. refuses to investigate it. refuses to do anything about it.

i have documented how people whose job it is to identify it won't do it.

and all the dr deaths. right? all the lengths the government goes to to ensure that medicine is the provenance or domain of the death-bringers. that's what it's a bout. right>

there's alot of causes or movements, not sure how say that, black lives matter is really a big movement in US. I've just thought about being a movement with the GOP, a poltical movement ...but there's so many organizations that i could join. I'm reluctant, not that i don't want to join. You know like secret society, that would be a good idea. I just hope they don't know what i post here, and stay under this screen name. I don't want people to see my true thoughts, because it would be embarrasing. I post the best i can do here, don't want the world to see rjlockhart linked to my name. Anyways, i really want to be a part of society, you know like fraternities - stuff you do when you college. Anything like that. But this time period in this season of life is going slow. So, lingering back is not a way for progression. New Zealand seems to really have alot action going on, from your post. Maybe should come visit new zealand and get involved there

it's taking time to get out of the comfort zone, and fear of going out into the world. Fear of going into the world will keep you from progression, stay in the same place feel safe. That is not a good idea for years. I need to move to New Zealand and meet movements going on there. Be a part of movment, or help the US government. I really don't care about being rich, i just want adequate income that can provide needs, and be on correct meds which i've been deprived of for years...so, that's what i got to say. Anything that would keep safe, and have adequate income is good for me.

aw, hey, it's okay.

do you remember the episode of 'The Simpsons' about the Stonecutters? I think it was a bit of a poke at the Freemasons.

The whole thing about 'No Homers'. Then he points out that there is a guy in the society called Homer, already. Then they point out that they are 'No Homers' so, since there is a Homer already there cannot be another one. Just making up b*llsh*t excuses about why he isn't eligible to join because they don't want him in their club. That's how Medical Admissions feels, in NZ. The no Alex's club. Except if they want someone to join called Alex then they will come up with another excuse about why I am not eligible.

The short of it is that administration has too much power, in NZ. People don't get paid or valued for working jobs, anymore. For working as doctors or nurses or police or teachers or anything, anything, anything at all. It's all about managing them or about administrating them. Administrating the money me-wards and mis-managing them out of existence. I think there is something of the 'Once upon a time I was young and wide-eyed and I had a dream or a vision of spending my life working at a job I found meaningful and I valued the job that this or that profession does and that's why I joined... And then management and administration etc etc did not provide any of the supports.. The structures. And they did not pay much of a salary, neither. They did not value what the job was or the people who tried to do the job. It all became about pandering to the managers and administrators for the promotions and the career advancement. And then you knew you really made it in life when you made it into the ranks of managment or administration. When they decided you could join them and contribute to the project of ensuring that the job was not valued and the people working the job was not valued. And the only thing valuable in life is being top manager of the administration administering all those funds me-wards laughing at the chumps who try and try and try and work those jobs with terrible support structures and little pay'.

Quite the scummy scam. This country is so poorly managed... Mis-managed. Mal-administered. Kept incapacitated. Disabled. Neutralised. Squabbling and squawking. Infighting and complaining. Round and round and round. The only question that makes sense of it all... Just look at where the money goes. And a level of sadism, of course. Someone thought to actually hire murderers and torturers and rapists and pedophiles etc etc to work with the kiddies. Actively selected for them.

I mean, there are plenty of people who just wanted to have a meaningful job that was respected. Doctors. Nurses. Police. Fire. Ambulance service. Teachers. Things like that. Civil servant kinds of jobs. Helping people. Helping society.

And you think of the television shows around it. This idea that they are working... Not rich. But enough to be comfortable. To have a house. To enjoy holidays. Comradarie. Etc.

But then you have a bunch of... Meanspirited folk. Best I can figure. Meanspirited folk. Who think that they should be prevented or prohibited from doing those kinds of jobs. Squeezed so they can't afford to live in their houses. Or whatever.

You can see the administration or management take-over of Universities... Where you would expect the Universities to be showcasing the researchers. Listing them. Having links from their pages to their work. So that students can see who is there and read their work. Make informed decisions about the department where they might fit. Academically or intellectually.

But now... You have to hunt to find who is actually there.

And management and administration is centre-stage. They will actually devote a great deal of webspace to departmental administration. Like studnets are making choices of where to study on the basis of who the chair of the department is or who the senior administrator is. Like that's the point of it all.

Of course it is, silly girl. Whoever prints the transcripts. Hahahahhaha. That's the point of it all.

In reply to Re: ... jump, posted by alexandra_k on August 5, 2021, at 15:46:57

And management or administration just becomes... The tribal chiefton leader who is a tyrant over the people. The people aren't allowed to do anything other than sit around singing their praises all day. Begging for hand-outs, effectively. Cry cry cry cry cry for handouts to the management or administration while the management and administration treats them like stupid children. Doesn't hear anything it doesn't want to hear. Only wants to hear things that are self-serving. Takes takes takes takes takes for itself only and doesn't share the wealth around. Thinks it's clever and smug about how it positioned itself such that everyone around it if forced to cry cry cry cry cry for handouts. Or flee to overseas because the management and administration will not allow anything to develop, here.

The nurses have been complaining about poor pay for quite some time. Nursing is a difficult thing because the profession is very wide-ranging indeed from surgical scrub nurses to... Healthcare assistants. I don't know what the minimum qualification level on nursing is... But there are a bunch of people who were given nursing Degrees who are working in aged care, only, where they are doing toileting and cleaning (or not) and the aged care facilities are saying 'sorry' for wrongful deaths all over the show because they refuse to pay their workers and they refuse to pay enough workers and so on...

Anyway...

The nurses have also been complaining about working conditions for quite some time. Not enough nurses on each shift. Requirements or very strong pressure to work a lot of overtime and to keep working rather than going home at the end of shift.

The union has tended to focus on the money. How nurses are doing the jobs of Doctors in the hospitals (including administering medication without prescriptions, often, because there simply isn't a doctor around. Or... The only doctor around is a 6th year medical student who is worse than useless). So some segment basically says they should be paid as doctors becuase they are doing the work of doctors. Or they should be paid as managers and administrators because they are actually doing some work.

But more recently the focus has shifted to working conditions. Because of Covid, I guess. Because our hospitals are always running on 'emergency' everything. There is no surge capacity that is to say. They are always running on surge capacity with under-staffing etc.

And the under-staffing thing is a combination of things. A determination or resolution to keep things under-staffed. A combination of refusing to supply applications for the job (saying certain people are ineligible). Refusing to hire people (saying nobody was eligible for the job, they didn't get any eligible applicants). Refusing to graduate people so they can say there aren't enough qualified people. Refusing to even supply application to the training programme. If you can't get hold of an application to enrol then I guess you can't be enrolled in the course that leads to the qualification. Quite the systemic. Systematic. Scam. Then picking them when they are young. Teaching compliance. Teaching that the only real power or meaning or value is in management and administration. That it's all about grubbing as much money out for yourself as you can. And that management or administration makes all the clinical decisions anyway. I mean... You choose who is on pay-roll -- yes? The clinicians tell you what you want to hear of they don't have jobs.

I mean... What has to go on for the DHB to be able to say with a straight face 'our clinical staff offered us vaccines in the very first round (front-line workers only) even when we have no patient contact... They said there were enough for everyone who needed one and nobody would miss out if we (and our family members who likely don't even work in health) get vaccinated first). That was apparently a clinical decision decided on clinical grounds. By clinicians who will not be on payroll if they don't tell management what management wants to hear only.

They don't see that. That's how smashed in the brains they are. They don't see that. Or, if they see it... They are gloating about it. What are you going to do about it? Hahahahhahahahahha.

The brain drain is the fact that people with brains are fairly forced to flee NZ. Because of management / administration. People can't function in the face of the tyrants who refuse to listen.

You have these mean-spirited people who couldn't work the jobs they wanted so they set out to make sure that nobody will work those jobs. If they couldn't then nobody will. They didn't get the help they needed so they will be the source of the problem for the next generation.

It is very noticable. Everyone who comes here notices it. How badly run. How poorly administrated. How there is such a lack of... Co-operation. There is no vision. No bigger picture. No working together. A fail at the most basic level when it comes to co-ooperativity or co-ordination, even. This short-sightedness of everyone scrambling up some local hierarchy with a complete blindness to how we are only falling further and further behind on the world stage. Other nations are developing and NZ doesn't develop. It stagnates.

Things have been getting worse over the years. I can point concretely to things we used to have that we don't have anymore.

In particular: Books. Freedom of speech is sorely limited here. Because people are afraid that they will lose their livlihoods if they speak up. It is a real thing. They don't publically advertise jobs. I have been locked out. I know there is no point my applying for public jobs because they won't hire me for them. They will say I lack the capacity. But they know full well I do have the capacity and it is because I have the capaciaty that they won't hire me. Ditto Med. I have the capacity to understand international standards. I don't get side-tracked or hood-winked into 'and now we clean our data' and I don't engage in this delusional process of rearranaging everything (including the evidnece) to hold onto pre-existing beliefs about how all the money must be accumulated me-wards at everyone else's expense.

We used to have quality book-shops and now we don't. Auckland. There is no high quality bookshop. Not associated with the Univesrity. The library used to be high quality. It is not anymore. They systematically removed books from the shelves. Placed them into storage and then they were removed from the catalogue and vanished. There isn't an independnet bookshop in the city either. Not even a sort of botique thing. Nothing. The University library sells... High School textbooks. There isn't a... Reading for pleasure... Nobody reads for pleasure. Things are very very very oppressive. The art... Apparently it is because it is produced by lawyers and accountants. People who were given application forms to apply for arts grants. Apparently that is the problem with it.

And it is all just nepotism and cronyism...

And I know the nepotism thing will only get us so far in understanding the rather unique place that NZ has in the world where it has been developing... Backwards...

Because we are talking about a nation where people will happily eat their young.

We are talking about a situation whereby parents will have 2+ houses... A house for themselves and a rental property... While the kids are forced to keep living in the family home. Talking about adults. Married partners. Living at home with parents while saving for a house. The parents won't help their kids into their own homes... They will keep them in their own homes as... Slaves. I suppose. Hostages. You get the idea.

Parents who want to force a certain way of life onto their kids. Decide what jobs they will work etc. Typically trying to force their kids to see and accept that what they have chosen is the only way. A sort of coming to peace with their own decisions.

I mean... Think of how the Nazis would have raised their kids. There was this thing about double consciousness whereby they would go to work and commit atrocities and then be very loving towards their kids. Wonderful parents. Yes but... There comes the time when they need to explain how things are to their kids... And they will likely tell their kids that they had no option but to do the atrocities that they did. Their kids will see that. Their kids will see that too. They will make sure of it. Their kids will have no other option because the parents had no other option too. The parents will make sure of that. So that the parents can live with themselves. Can live with themselves and the choices they made. Because they cannot face that they had choices. So there cannot be choices. So there are no choices.

So anyone who refuses to comply must be matyred. Persecuted. To show that there are no choices. There is no choice. Nada. No choice. Forced compliance only.

_________

Tis a problem.

_________

The administration has go to go. They won't have things any other way. It's the game they insist on playing. It's the administration or it's everything else (doctors and teachers and police and builders and plumbers and all the things. All the things. All the things). We can have the present administration and watch this country f*ck*ng sink into the swamps of nasty bruitish and short while we sit about singing the praises of the incompetent administrators and managers.. Or they can be the ones to f*ck off, for a change.

F*ck off, for a change, administration of NZ.

That's a good slogan.

Ashley Bloomfield's luster is wearing off... Which he should have seen coming. That's the thing about the stronger emotions. If people love you with a passion then that passion can easily turn to something else...

People are seeing that he doesn't really answer questions... And he does the steam-roller thing of talking through people. And you see how he doesn't listen. And the people know that.. They know it from the managers and administrators standing over them. Preventing them from doing their job.

And so when he says 'I know as my experience of a clinician...' The people don't really buy that. Because he is administration or management. He isn't practicing Medicine. He took a place in Medical School and then chose to use the Degree to work for a District Health Board (which he didn't need a qualification in Medicine to do) and work for administration or management. To save money for the DHB. To save money so he is on half a million per year. That's how good he is at saving money. He is on half a million per year because of how much money he saves the government. But we can't afford to hire enough nurses. Not once we've paid Ashley (and various other managers / administrators).

_____

The Royal Australasian Colleges have withdrawn from NZ. Often. They would issue 'compliance' notifications. Basically saying that they did their check or inspection or whatever and this and that and the other is found wanting. To the point where failure to comply means that they cannot allow registrars (training specialists) to train in that hospital, or with that DHB anymore.

I think anasthesiology has... Withdrawn from NZ entirely. Because they are saying that NZ hospitals and DHB's are refusing to do the compliance things so... They can't offer the training programmes... They can't put the registrars in those hospitals. So.. That means that the hospital and the DHB don't have... Well... A whole system. Because you would have a few consultants. They would have registrars. So there would be a specialist unit. A functioning one.

But the hospitals and DHB's didn't do what they needed to comply. So the specialists went away.

So they progressively came to staff the hospitals with... 6th year Medical Studnets who hadn't been accepted to any speciality... ANd then... We don't have a formal match system the way the US does... They say it can take a couple years of working before you match... But I think that's just NZ trying to force the Medical Graduates to work for lowest pay for longest time in the hospitals...

We got 'ruralists' they are calling them... People who were trained in Aussie to go out to rural communities. We are talking outback. We are talking... They are doing Obgyn to do with birthing. They are doing anasthetics. They are doing cesarians. Thtey are now working in the Christchurch hospital, apparently, passing themselevs off as general surgeons... Getting pretty bad results, apparently. By US standards. They are patting themselves on the backs at how well they are doing. How well they are doing with little to no resources or support staff. Working in a city in NZ.

Then NZ goes 'if you won't accredit our hospitals for non-compliance we will develop our own standards whereby our specialists will comply with what we say the standards are'. So we have the NZ college of Orthopedics whereby we have special standards as to what is acceptable (in terms of levels of staffing, no doubt) etc etc for practice in NZ. And the Aussies are saying 'you choose. If you train to do ortho in NZ we will not acknowledge your specialist training'. ANd the NZ people say they won't acknowledge the Austrlaian training.

So then...

We lose all the internatinal best practice.
We don't have the hand sanitiser.
We don't have the face masks.
We don't have working autoclaves.
We don't have safe levels of nursing staff...

We have special standards just for NZ> ones that are right for our sociocultural development. As the managers and administrators force everything to be nasty bruish and short.

Nononononoononononono you can't make us.

Squawk the dementors. The frontal lobe deficient...

The grand plan for the failure to thrive that is NZ...

I mean, we started with international standards. Or some approximation thereof. Standards we inherited from England. When it came to things like University and and Medicine, I mean to say. (Most certainly not meaning to deny anything Maaori but focusing on University and Medicine for things like surgeries and antibiotics and vaccines)...

England... And Edinburgh. I didn't realise. Scotland.

And then we develop national standards. Because we don't want to comply with international standards in various respects.

And you really need to look at what is going on with that. If that represents a development or positive evolution for the people... Or if it is a more more towards the lack of standards altogether.

And then from national standards we move away from that. We move more towards local standards.

And we end up with individuals just doing whatever they can get away with for as long as they can get away with it.

Which is to say a complete disintegration.

Watching the de-development of NZ is like watching a descent into private language.

Wittgensteins thoughts / arugments on how and why there cannot be any such thing as a private language.

Watching language de-evolve into... Something else.

Because there cannot be private language.

Just this total collapse.

--

That's where things are at now. With the courts.

Maybe it's a foil?

Where they basically conclude 'p does not equal p' or 'x does not mean x' solely to set things up for the next court to overturn the previous judgement.

Or maybe it's just $20,000 of bonded debt to me (court costs) for being repeatedly judged to be substantively incorrect about the fact that p=p.

It gets to the point where i feel i'm speaking a private language to the courts. Because they are not accepting anything that i say.

nada.

not accepting anything.

like...

statute is the highest source of law in nz??? Riiiiiiiight? yeeeeeeeees??? statute says 'domestic adults are eligible to be enrolled in programmes they apply to'. riiiiight? nz citizen by birth is domestic? Yeeeeeeees? Alex is nz citizen by birth??? Yeeeeeeeees??? alex is over 20 that mean adult yeeeeeees??? alex applied to medicine and medicine is a programme???? yeeeeeees???

and they just go 'nonononononononononoonononononononononononoooooo'

'you can't maaaaaaaake us' and 'what are you going to do about it???'

and apparently that's $20,000 to the courts.

and apparently the ministry have decided who is in already. who will be hired by the ministry now that the dhb's have been done away with, i mean to say.

that is to say they are re-organising things such that the people who were sitting on the dhb's in the local communities (well, hidden away in their mansions to be fair) will be relocating to wellington, likely, to do their adminstrating from there, as part of this new centralised ministry thing.

the thing of it was that i think up to half the members of the dhb were elected whereas the other half were ministry appointed. so they are, effectively, re-structing away the elected people from the health boards.

people are right to point out that there weren't clear benefits from the elected people. not many voted for them. they were often city councellors. types like that. people trying to get elected on as many boards as they could... you know.. jack up your salary by sitting on 3 or 4 or 5+ boards. Hardly any hours. just turn up for a few meetings and nod along. don't have to do anything... let the appointed people do their thing...

so the main instigators (if you see things that way) will remain as part of the ministry of health.

they don't even need to advertise the jobs for the ministry they already know which of their cronies they will hire. the ones who are more interested in jacking up their own pay and ensuring that the nurses and doctors and so on cannot do their jobs, effectively, in nz... ensuring that people of nz do not have access to healthcare because 'there never willbe enough to go around' (they have made that their lives mission) and it is impossible to function working a meaningful job in nz that is valued (they have made that their lives mission).

they need to teach that to the kiddies.

it is their way or it is the highway. get the f*ck out. leave us your share of the resources and f*ck off.

it's their lives work. you can think of it like that. vindicating and justifying the choices they made.

they focus on the narrow narrow narrow narrow narrow...

jeepers... what was it? 2006? 2007? where it was very fashionable, in Australia, to have conferences on... to write papers on... to give talks on... the present supposed 'gold standard' in medicine. to be highly critical of it. people were presenting all the problems with it. all the 'wrong answers' that came out of employing it. all the things it failed to take into account. they were working out all the things that had been neglected... to try and incorporate those things, too, for better clinical decision making.

for better patient decision-making, too. with respect to clinicians getting better at presenting patients with information in a way that meant they would be more likely to make high quality genuine choices rather than fall victim or prey to known cognitive biases. because the goal is (despite what nz will have you believe) informed consent. not forced compliance by exploiting known problems with decision making.

but i think the leaders of nz missed out on those... else they decided to use the information they learned to exploit and further control rather than to help and assist...

they are saying, now, that the reason why nz is so backwards with respect to access to medicines etc is the stupidly outdated way in which it goes about making decisions. focusing very narrowly on very specific criterion that... miss the point. often enough. falling victim to perverse incentives. almost intentionally... there's that. the level of psychopathy...

apparently they won't fund counsellors because they don't have randomised double blind controlled trials or it being effective. they would need to invest in a pilot study, at least, and if you don't get customer satisfacation of... or whatever... well... there is no randomised double blind control trial of why we should listen to the people and you can't make us hahhahahhahahahahhahhahahah' says administration.

it was the thing of how cbt ONLY JUST out-performed psychodynamic psychotherapy on some study or other. so cbt was rolled out as the ONLY style of psychotherapy to be employed by clinical psychologists in nz. there was nothing about how one style might be more suited to some patients. there was nothing about patient choice. there was nothing about fit. about the fit being important. yet nz runs so very much on trying to force the wrong fit. on finding the wrong fit and investing, particularly, on trying to force that.

things cannot be any other way. our leaders are determined to show us all that things cannot be any other way. not on their watch.

the decision making process does not work, in nz. the leaders are, and i mean this very genuinely, by usual definitions of the term, delusional.

they come to a snap judgement for all the wrong reasons. associations they had. biases they had. incorrect beliefs they had. they come to a snap judgement for all the wrong reasons.

then, once they've made their decision for all the wrong reasons they engage in ever increasingly complicated ways of justifying the decision that they made in a way that is recaltruent to any evidence that maybe they did not make the best decision.

they will end up with piles and piles and piles of paperwork all compiled after the fact. not that explains their reasoning as their reasoning unfolds in a way that is sensitive to new information or new evidnce. but in a way that cherry picks only that which supports that which has already been decided.

and the justifications too.

presently the courts of nz are basiclaly refusing to read the laws as the laws have been written by statute. just refusing to accept that they say what they say.

the universities have developed local policies that are ultra vires. prohibited. the statute says domestic adults are eligible. the universities say 'there are three pathways to eligibility' and proceeds to define them so people the statute specifically says are eligible are deemed ineligible by the univerities.

that is to say they have been wrongly deciding applications to medicine since...

since...

since...

forever?

the universities, apparently, have even managed to get politicians funding their charade.

they got funding to go around the schools and encourage teenagers to apply to medicine.

to try and drum up as many applications as they could... to try and obscure the fact that they won't train anybody who they think won't be suitably or sufficiently compliant with management and administrations directive to serve the god that is management and administration.

i can't even get started on all the wrong beliefs they have... about how there never will be enough to go around. how life is a hierarchy and it is about kicking others back which makes you intrinsically better... all the crap. all the f*ck*ng garbage b*llsh*t of their own pathology that they inflict upon the world...

while going 'nonononononono that's you not me'

so that's why they have 1/2 a million per year, then, while they refuse to process my applications and completions... while they refuse to comply with international standards on everything from face masks to... nz refused to accept the evidence that was accepted everywehre else. we were waiting for the randomised double blind control trial whereby 1/2 the people exposed to covid without a face mask meant that how many were infected with covid? We needed to watch people die. we needed to watch people die. we will not accept the evidnce. people must die.
