Pdoc also says the med decreases are not working. She thinks I'm getting worse. She decided to increase the Prozac to 60 mg and told me to take it in the *morning* and with food.
Anyways, she said she thinks I'm understimulated. Is that an actual brain thing?
I agree that I don't get much stimulation. I am in bed most of the time, either sleeping or just lying in bed in a semi awake, semi asleep mode. I don't go outside most days. I've even stopped brushing my teeth and washing my face everyday.
Pdoc told me I need to get a job. I wish an easy part time job was just offered to me without me doing anything.

You sound more depressed than understimulated, though I suppose they can come together. Result is the same though, in terms of meds.
Have you dropped your remaining class?
I've no room to talk since I've never in my life found my own job. However, I'm guessing no opportunities - jobs or Prince Charmings or interesting things to do - come knocking at your door. What about that job your sister suggested?
You sounded pretty excited about the New Orleans trip. Do you think you could channel a bit of that energy elsewhere?

I'm getting distracted by wondering if it's possible to be too understimulated... I'm so often overstimulated that the reverse seems like a good thing.
This is the end of the thread.
