Today mine is at 5:15 and it just give me more time to be nervous and become tired. What time do you prefer your appointments?

hi..
mine is at 12 (noon). I used to go sometimes at 5pm and once I went later.

I don´t know..I found that the times I went later I was a little more open somehow, or more vulnerable. I find it hard to be vulnerable or allow myself to go to deep places, because I go at 12 and then at 4:30 must go to work.
though it´s good that the night before I know I go to bed and wake up and soon I see my T.
all the best in your appointment today
Frida

Thanks frida!

My appointment went okay, I talked mostly about my old T, and got all of it out. I am still angry and my T wanted to do EMDR for that, but I am said that I am okay with feeling angry and want to feel it a bit longer. LOL He said if it gets in the way or becomes obsessive, then we can do it.
But now I have jazz band rehearsals later in the evening, so I got all morning appointments that day, so it gives me time to recover.

This is the end of the thread.
