I'm seeing my T tomorrow for the first time since I sent that email. I'm sure there's nothing to be worried about, but I'm a little nervous about seeing her. Obviously I've emailed her since then-- although, I just realized she didn't reply to any of my later emails until last week-- but knowing that I'm going to see her face to face feels different. I'm also definitely looking forward to seeing her, because I haven't seen her since May.
AAAHHH mixed emotions!!!

That sounds really scary. I know I would have a hard time. I was doing the email thing for a while, and found that I would go through these cycles where I'd build up all of these terrible self-destructive feelings, unleash them on the poor T, and then by the time I showed up for my actual session I was full of gut wrenching anxiety and dissociative denial of said email
pedd, will you remind us of the contendt of your email, or link to it? I'm sorry...

Thanks for replying Ll. The email was actually about how I trust her, and about how I know I must be really frustrating because I don't really talk during sessions, and I wish I could talk more, etc.

...at least for today. Her son is sick, so I rescheduled for tomorrow. Gotta love it when my T inadvertently plays into my tendency to procrastinate. :P
