My day could not get much worse. I take that back. It could. But first I spilled toner ALL OVER when I was changing it at work. The secretary was out today and I was trying to change the toner in the copier. Now I'm freaking out that the secretary will be mad when she comes in tomorrow even though I cleaned it up the best I could. Has this ever happened to anyone else so I don't feel like such an idiot?
And I stubbed my toe right now and it's bleeding under my nail.
And I don't see my T until Friday and I don't know how I'm going to survive one more day.

If it helps, I once put the toner in upside down and it went all over the inside of the copy machine. It makes such a mess! No worries, just tell her you were proving how much the office needs her.
I find when I'm anxious, I'm really clumsy. Trying consciously breathing in and out. And try feeling your feet on the floor, your butt in the chair and your clothes against your skin. It will help you be more grounded and "present" while doing things.
Friday will come quickly. I'm sure of it. Hang in there.

Thanks Daisy. I hate being trapped in my own head sometimes because I get so wrapped up in obsessing about things. It's the first time I changed the toner by myself, the secretary has supervised me before, so that's why it went all over - I just didn't do it right. But I definitely will tell her it shows we need her. But seriously thank you so much for telling me that it really helps.
Just got to stop obsessing. I would like to enjoy the night not obsess about work. That happens enough when I'm at work.

Sunny we ALL screw up.
NOboddys perfect.
Daisy had a good answer!
You can say you feel real bad bout it, be honest.
S'ok.
Lotsa times people react pretty nicely if you honest.
And if they don't, then I just feel pretty sorry for them cuz they proly pretty sad people inside.
You got a good heart SD, it'll be OK.

Believe me, it happens all the time. And you tried to change the toner, which is a good and helpful thing! Those things are impossible. I never could get the knack of putting in new toner without being covered by it. I obsess all the time about things I may have done wrong, but things never turn out as badly as I fear.

Thank you muffled. I was hoping she would have responded to my email this morning so I could get a feel before I went in, but she hasn't. She's just very funny about certain things... she kind of thinks toner is made of gold, so she won't be happy some got wasted.
Thank you muffled. You're so kind.

Thanks. Yeah, I may have to bring this up in therapy because I've been obsessing about it ever since it happened. Like can't think of anything else, googling it, really freaked out, convinced they'll fire me obsessed. But I go in to work soon, so whatever happens should be over soon at least.

So I always worry for nothing. She didn't care at all. She might care a little more next time she opens the copier, but it's not going to be a big deal. *sigh of relief* Cannot wait until therapy tomorrow morning.

thanks muffled. I posted about it in the post right above yours, but basically it was totally fine. I worry for nothing so often, and it's exhausting.
