Okay, I am sure you all can tell how much TV I am watching, lol, I normally don't watch anything but Survior.
But anyways on Oprah, they had a group of women who were in this enrichiment camp who all had emotional challenges.
Well one of the activities was with horses, and I thought of my sweetie Nathan :-). Well they talked about how horses almost have a sense that something is wrong with a person, and will not trust you until you are calm. I know I am not explaining this very well. But one lady said she was in therapy for 2 years and the day with the horses, she learned more about herself than those 2 years.
It also make me think of how animals help the elderly and people who live alone. What are your thoughts ?
I know with the first time I saw horses and they came running at me, because I had carrots, and I was scared, they were so big. Maybe that tells me something about myself.

i used to have a dog that i really wanted to put in an elder therapy program. He was so gentle and sweet. Everyone loved him. Oh damn... i miss him so bad. Everything i know about unconditional love (which isn't a lot) i learned from him. He was a beautiful spirit.
i believe animals can change us profoundly. i also believe there is a type of animal that is a kindred for any type of person.. i am a dog person through and through.. my friends say i am the dog whisperer..hahaha..
