I journal.
I read my journal.
And read it
and read it and read it.
Just the past few days stuff.
When I stressed I read my faxes to T, over and over.
Trying to see if they make sense I guess.
Trying to see if I am conveying what I feel.
Trying to figger WHAT I feel.
Trying to understand ANYthing about who the hell I am.
Who am I?
Who is muffled?
Without my 'people' I am a shell.
Am I just a shell?
My 'people', where do they get their 'stuff' from?
It must be my stuff. Cuz they are me.
But it don't seem like my stuff.
Sigh..............
Mebbe its time to get back on that seroquel...
Sh*t anyways.
Anybody else have a CLUE what I am talking about??????????????????????????????
Thanks.

When I reread my journal, I sometimes wonder, "who wrote that?" I sound so sad, or so mad and I don't remember feeling that way. Or I'll wish for something that I'm embarrassed that I even wrote down. But when I don't write, I get overwhelmed trying to hold all the feelings and all the stories. So it is better out than in.
I think it is great that you share your journal pages with your therapist. Shows so much trust.

**Thanks daisy. I'm like that too. My journal is on computer, so i often delete that which I don't want to know. But it does feel good to write stuff. helps me ALOT.

**Ya, I finally pretty much trust my T. I actually know lots about her, and she tells me stories of her life so that I might learn. Cuz mostly i'll only REALLY listen to REAL stuff. Thats the way I learn best.
Its not all been good, but i think we mostly have got things going ok.
There's still stuff I won't tell her though.
There's still stuff I won't hear from myownself.
Take care,

I hate rereading my journal unless it was from a trip or something. I acutally have a scrapbook journal and one for writing more how I'm feeling. I love my scrapbook journal and all the pictures and poems and drawings and anything else I feel like doing/gluing in there. But yeah I totally know what you mean. At times I really just need to write to get the stuff out of my head, but reading can make me feel so sad and crazy.

I don't know what I'd do without my journal. Sometimes it's hard to write in especially when I'm tired..........
You keep writing ok?? I think it helps.

***Sorry to hear that Gee, cuz I find my journal useful. I'd constantly be lost and confused w/o it to refer to.
Its useful for me to be able to talk to my T too.
I still rarely look at her, lol! I peek at her when she's reading something so I know she not looking at me!
Do you have a T at the moment Gee?
Sorry I'm not up on thses things.
I mostly stick to 1-2 boards.
Take care,
Always like to see ya,
