Absolutely. Without a doubt.
But I also find it can be wonderful, affirming, warm and just - amazing.....and those times make the first kind of times worth getting through.
But I wouldn't say it's bad for your health. Not mine, anyway. My mental health is much, much better with therapy than without. I've found that, though I probably used to think so, I will not die from being unnerved or uncomfortable.
In fact, I might just end up growing and *really* living.
Are you feeling especially unnerved and uncomfortable lately? What's up?

Yes I guess overall my mental health is better because of therapy, but it makes me feel scared because of the connection-I really like it, but it has its limitations, and it makes me feel.... well I guess it just makes me feel damaged-I felt that way before, anxious-I felt that way before too, maybe overall just lonely and sad, because it can be nice-but right now it's the nicest thing I've got, have ever gotten
My self esteem is in a hole, and I have to get it out- everything seems difficult without it
thanks 10derHeart
take care, sleepy
