anybody got a diagnoses for me?

Hi, i suffer from, panicky feelings, constant brainfog, dp/ ds, depression, anxiety and ocd....can any one give me just one name for the combo plse?

I would guess panic disorder, GAD. But nail it down with a professional.

Hope you feel better. If my guess is right, these things are highly treatable.
