Sigh. The idea of a national health service sounds so good in theory. But 2008? That stinks.
At least you've got a proper psychiatrist now, right?

Dinah...
I don't think any doc knows what to do with me...I don't know what's happening to me but I suppose I have to accept myself .
Can't stop beating myself up. It's horrible when you cannot find interest in something to take the mind off oneself--lack of energy, apathy..then the opposite happens and nothing gets finished.
I'm tired of it all , should be happy~in~love~ but whatever luck gives the broken brain can't enjoy and feel grateful.
Tommorow is another day..my mood may change again.
Thanks for answering my post Dinah. You take care I'm hoping we all get instantly well physically as well as mentally ...anything is possible.

Well, I suppose the flip side is that what goes down invariably goes up again. Here's to up.

Haven't had an up since depakote, not on it now...been off it for months.
Just whining.
Doing self therapy- it's cheap..only need a mirror.
I just nod back at myself, I'm sure transference is occuring .

Hey slinks, you know 'mirroring' is an essential component of therapy. I hope you're charging yourself a hefty hourly rate!
I'm not having many 'ups' lately either. I think my up season is over. Now time for 9 months of slogging. :-(

You crack me up. Now what happens if your mirror image starts laughing when you are dead serious?
