I am 37. I have ADD and currently am taking Ritalin 20mg TID and Prozac 20mg. I have been on this combination for over a year.
The Ritalin is not holding me for more than 3 hours. I am finding myself taking an extra one later in the day to keep me focused. I have tried Dexadrine in the past but the side effects when the dose wore off turned me into a grouchy bear.
I am seeing my DR today and want to talk to him about changing my meds.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what changes I should make to my meds?
Thank You

Hmmm I could be naughty and direct your post to the dark distant spooky threads of tele-psycho babble where you'll remain for an eternity with no hope of therapy..but I won't : )

If you re-directed me over there, I'd get lost and never be found again. Never mind therapy, I'd just fall off the edge of the earth...
Ever go there?
