Does anyone know anything that might have a structural similarity to stablon/tianeptine? I'm so interested in it (have been waiting for my order for so long). Occurred to me today that maybe there is something out there that could be, alternative or not, even slightly structurally similar so that there would be any chance of finding something that may be different from our ssris, and have any similarity to the ssre? I read it has some structural similarity to tricyclics, but works differently. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I don't recall seeing anything published on how tianeptine increase 5ht uptake unfortunately moleculrs rea very complex so finding structural similarities requires a supercomputer. Its a unique drug.
